Use these 3 daily social marketing strategies to maximize you ROI online:

 

1. Automate: Reputation management is very critical online. Say what you think, and make it your opinion only. Set up Google and Yahoo alerts for your name and for the neighboorhoods you serve, or want to serve. You may also want to subscribe to e-mail updates for blogs and online treads that interest you, and that you can use to help your clients.

 

2.Think Local: Develope a niche for yourself as the local expert by providing answers to online prospects, using Trulia Voices or Zillow Advice. Help prospects get what they want, and you will get what you want.

 

3.Promote your profile: Set up your profile on all of the Top Social Networking/Marketing sites, such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube & Flickr.

 

Try these strategies, be consistent and have patience. This will work for you, if you follow simple rules and offer good content.
