Go upstairs one level to the huge Master suite with sitting room and spa like bathroom. The huge walk in closet should be roomy enough for everything. The laundry is on this level as well as another bedroom with its own private full bath. 

Go on up the hardwood stairs to the next level and you'll find another room with full bath that could be used as a bedroom or a media room. The address is 855 Briarcliff Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.

 Not to confuse anyone: There is another townhome community in the area called Lullwater Parc with "c" instead of a "k". Those brick townhomes were built around 1970 and range in price from around $220,000 to $280,000. They are located on Ponce de Leon Ave in Atlanta, GA.
