After you and your Realtor have shopped around and picked the home you would like to make yours you must next plan the home inspection. Most often your offer on this 
home is contingent on the findings of your home inspection. You should shop for your home inspector as you would for a physician, attorney or accountant. about this home you can decide based on the home inspector's report if this is still the home for you. Is it a good solid structure? Are the repairs too excessive? Does it flood and how bad is it? Does the electrical system need to be updated? These are just some of the things that may come up that could change your mind about purchasing a home after the inspection.
