Speechless Sunday. Vacation time brings fewer showings.

This lovely home in 55plus community in Bucks County is in great condition and is affordable. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an attached garage. I have listed it on several internet sites. The price is reduced to $199900.

I am speechless as there have not been any showings in a month.

As soon as I posted this I got two showings in one day.

Nice home and I wonder why some of mine sit as well without showings. Just when we begin to worry the next week we have 4 showings. Price is superb in your area; what a buy.
