Today's market is so beat up with lowered values and a strew of foreclosures there has to be some way to really help someone who is in a hole. I have seen so many people with family's just have to let their homes go because they could not afford to save their houses it is not really fair and i think something has to change, if not as a real estate professionals, then as human beings we all need to do something, hopefully someone will be the fixer of all problems, because we all want to make a living, but at what cost?
