Where on the Rogue were you roving? I'm not sure what roving is. But I do know what rafting the Rogue is like.....it is a pure thrill.

Judy - Thank you! And this was with my iPhone camera. :-)

Jim - This was at Tou Velle State Park and Denman Wildlife Refuge, outside of Central Point/ Medford. A great place for a Sunday BBQ/picnic, dip in the river, or stroll along the great paths paralleling the Rogue River here. We've only jet boated the Rogue River so far. One day we'll raft it either above Shady Cove or down by Hellgate Canyon.

Karen: Thanks for the definition. I've been roving a lot -- just didn't know it.

Karen: What a gorgeous, peaceful picture. The Rogue River seems so serene. I just loved the area when I drove through it. And... thanks so much for the email with the attachment on Karen's Kitchen. It came through just fine, and I printed it. Funny how just a little thing like having breakfast at a place like that... can really stick in my mind.

Hi Karen - Thank you. I love where we live, and getting out to explore it whenever I can. My brother and niece are in town right now, which gives me an excuse to do some exploring. We saw the Rogue River today, both up by Crater Lake and along the way down back toward Medford Highway 62 parallels the Rogue River. Such a scenic, beautiful area. Thanks for subscribing to my blog...I'll definitely reciprocate!
