3 Comments on Mission Valley condos, San Diego CA: Federal Stimulus projects
Hey, Jim. Thanks for the break down. I love how you hit every aspect of living in the San Diego area. Take care, Jim
I've been looking for a list of known Federal Stimulus bill proejcts for San Diego. Thanks.
Hey, Jim - We're fortunate here because we have so many military people who live here, as well as military people who move to, and through, and back to San Diego. Generally that helps keep the real estate market here rather stable, but when bad loans and the like get involved, bad things are bound to happen. I do think that all the Federal Stimulus money flowing to San Diego, especially from the military, is helping stabilize the real estate market, perhaps even driving the low end.
Hey, Jason - Your welcome. I got all of the information from the newspaper -- I've been saving bits and pieces for what seems like forever and finally put all of it into one place -- my blog post here!
