You had a fantastic weekend...maybe you stayed up too late..or are still in summer vacation mode!  The alarm goes off..and you hit snooze once again...dreading getting out of your bed...and facing the day.  You got a case of the Mondays?  Too Bad, get ready for this!

Monday's seem to be an active day for most and one of the hardest to resume our business activity.  Feeling a little foggy and not sure what to do...regardless of what you might think...there is always something to do especially if you are in real estate and are active:

  • You have buyers and sellers counting on you

  • Service providers need you to help your transactions along

  • You have real estate transactions to follow up!

  • Prospecting needs to be done

  • Update Photo's that have been in your mls for months on a very old listing

  • Improve a few of your social media profiles

  • Preview a few properties today

  • Get ahead with preparing some farming materials

  • Clean Your Car

  • Organize your schedule for the week

  • Take A training online

  • Call a few of your social media friends

  • Get face to face today

As a trainer I could probably give you a list that's good through Next Monday...there is so much to do..so get some coffee...get a shower and get ready for this!  People are counting on you!  Not only is it Monday...it's motivational Monday..that's a case of the Monday's I can look forward to. Now Go!

Activity breeds activity. I remember when very first in the business, previewing properties, a car drove up and the lady asked are you an agent? Yep! "well I need to sell my house, can you help?" Activity Breeds Activity!

Midori - Thanks. I believe Monday sets the tone for the entire week. If you start it enthusiastically, the week will be more productive. Have a great Monday!

My mother used to tell me "you've got to shake in order to bake."  She used to say it all the time and I never really understood what that meant.  Now I know! You've got to move in order to make something happen (even when you don't want to!).

Well..let's recap -

Saturday - showed three houses, picked up a new walk in customer that was not aware of the $8000 credit, turned out that I had sold her a house 7 years ago!
