Ok. It's official. Virginia is not for lovers; Virginia is for top Real Estate brokers.

That's right, Jonathan Kauffman of Nest Realty, located in Charlottesville, VA, (home of the University of Virginia - Wahoo-wa!), won the Most Innovative Brokerage or Franchise Award!

 

Jonathan, along with a fellow Virginia Broker Frank LLosa (Innovator of the Year), took away two of only six awards presented at the Inman Real Estate Connect. Thanks to the two winners, Virginia officially (ok, unofficially) became the Most Innovative State Award.

Nest Realty's Web site offers a straightforward home-search tool and detailed reports for specific communities. Nest Realty is the brainchild of Jonathan Kauffman, the company's principal broker, who got his start in the industry as a real estate investor.
