Great summer retro shot.....My Oldest Boy, Brett, was on Grandpa's boat this summer. We went to Door County and had a blast! It was so much fun. Here he "parked the boat" (can you do that?) in the middle of Lake Michigan and turned off the engine and let all the kids bail! Brett had a blast. It was a lot of fun!

Hi Larry, That shot brings back some great memories of growing up in Michigan and spending time on " the big lake " as well as some of the many smaller inland lakes. One fond memory was watching my girls swim across a small lake ( I was in a rowboat close by ! ). You're right - what a blast !

That is a great shot! Makes me want summer to hurry! It also reminds me of when I was growing up, my father would "park the boat" in the middle of the lake and sound the horn three times, which meant abandon ship and whoever didn't jump off got thrown off.
