Hi, I saw several hobby farms that for 40 or more acres and under $200,000. I am looking for a hobby farm for my son and his family. He's an over the road truck driver and doesn't have much time to look. He qualified for a USDA Rural Farm Loan, he has a average credit score of 643. But he needs two yrs. of tax returns. 2007 wasn't good for truckers and he didn't work much. But 2008 and this year were good, but he needs to wait until he does his 2009 taxes. So would any of your sellers be willing to do a rent to own until he gets a loan. He can pay $1500 per month. If you have anything please let me know. Thanks, Tom Dickson
