Currently there are 73 single family homes on the market in Medway.  The houses have an average list price of $468,000 and an average market time of 184 days.  There are 19 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 5 properties listing for $800,000 or more. 

There were 2 new properties that came on the market this week.  They range in value from $409,000 to $979,000 and they are found on Cardinal Circle and Cedar Farm Road.

Two single family homes went under agreement in the last week. One was a 4 bedroom antique on Milford Street and the other was a 4 bedroom colonial on Cedar Farm Road.

No single family homes sold in the past week in Medway. 

There are currently 11 condos on the market, four of which are new construction at Pine Ridge Drive.  The condo average list price is $320,000 with an average price per square foot of $163.  Average time on market is 155 days.  One new condo came on the market last week - a 3 bedroom on Main Street.   One condo sold - a half duplex on Evergreen Street which sold for $189,000.

There are four multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $308,000 with an average time on market of 161 days.
