Teri, That's one nice Condo, it's very open instead of that closed in feeling of many of our NY condos. I love the light in this place...good luck, it's a wonderful listing.
Carole--Thank you! It makes a great use of space...with two full baths. The skylight brings in additional natural light as does the screened in porch area.

What a great price and I think the third floor makes a great use a privacy and views as well.

Tom--The view of the pond from the third floor is the best...and there is more security on with the 3 season porch as well.
Joan--The pool is just one of many great features in Birch Pond!
Terry and Bonnie--The third floor is a great option as it offers addtional natural light with a skylight in the entry.
Gita--Thank you! It is a tremendous value as just a few years ago there was a waiting list to get into these buildings and at a substantially higher price tag too.
