Beauty & The Beef of Fleming Island Florida is one of the latest restaurants to open on Fleming Island. Beauty & The Beef opened their doors on July 9th with a big celebration handing out free frozen yogurt on a hot summer day.

Beauty & The Beef is a great place to have lunch or dinner. They have a great atmosphere with helpful employees and offer free wi-fi to their customers. They are open 7 days a week Mon-Thurs 9:00am - 9:00, Fri 9:00am -10pm, Sat 10:00am - 10:00pm, Sun11am- 8pm.   

They well known for their fabulous cheesesteaks with the beef being shipped in from Philadelphia and their bread from New York. With that combination how could you go wrong with a cheesesteak. You can just order a basic cheesesteak with beef and onions and of course the cheese. You can also go all the way with toppings like green peppers, bacon, lettuce, hot peppers, tomato, and mushroom.  I opted for the steak, cheese, and onion. I have to say I was impressed. They also offer panini's, wraps, and salads. As for sides they offer crispy cheese ravioli, cheese fries, fries, and chips.

Now moving onto the authentic probiotic nonfat frozen yogurt. You can get the original, flavored, or even a swirl. Fresh fruit topping are available and also dry topping of nuts and candy. I would have to say my favorite is the blueberry flavored yogurt topped with fresh raspberrys.
