Have you heard of Duvall Washington? Only 14 miles from the main Microsoft Campus...Still some affordable deals and the city qualifies for the USDA Rural Loan which is a zero down loan and no private mortgage insurance. Yes, that's true. I happen to live in Duvall myself and can truthfully say that I love it! That's coming from someone who grew up on a small farm and then lived in Vegas, Hollywood and Seattle. Thinking I was a City girl but when I moved to Duvall I found that you hear the birds chirping, the best cheesburgers can be found at the Duvall Grill, Amazing hiking and walking trails.
