For the month of July 2009 there were no homes that sold in Magnolia Estates. However there were and still are 2 pending sales in Magnolia Estates. One is for a $285,000 listing and another is for a $375,000 listing. There are currently 11 homes for sale in Magnolia Estates that are listed in the local Multiple Listing Service. They range from $231,000 to $410,000.
