Awesome listing Andrew! You can't touch waterfront in the Pocono Mountains for that price.

Wow, what a price. This would make a wonderful retreat for that slower lifestyle you were speaking of.

It's on the front row too...not like some lakes out of state where you think you are on the water but really five back with a right of way. That's not front row waterfront. Prices are sooo much lower the further north in Maine you go! Friendlier people, less traffic, lower population and no crime! Welcome to Mayberry...I'm Andy. Thanks for stopping in.
