Here is a look at what happened on the Noblesville real estate market in July 2009:

Noblesville seems to be holding its own in this real estate market. This is two months in a row we have actually seen an increase in the average sales price. This has to be because Noblesville, more than any other Hamilton County location, offers a price point that is approachable for the first time home buyer. The first time home buyer is such a large part of the market right, this has to be playing a role in the Noblesville real estate market trends.

Set yourself apart as a Real Estate agent and explain to your potential customer how they can get 10k grant, which isn't paid back, to improve their home's effeciency. However they have to own a home so this is leverage to get them excited about some cash to fix up their new place to their own taste.
