How about posting some of the tips you learned?

Hello fellow KW Agent. I just taught a class on Thursday and gave away my "secrets".

It was an awesome 2 hours!!

I said what works for me and gave them lots of marketing ideas. When one agent succeeds, we all win. If you are not at a company that has a culture of integrity and teamwork, investigate for yourself and see if you could have a better life.  I have worked for another brokerage that "took" very little of my commission. However, they "gave" me very little. What you give is what you get! I choose to give of myself and am with a company that gives back to me.

I don't know if you have a Keller Williams office near you but wanted to let you know that our training is free to all agents from every office. Call your local KW office and ask them to email you a training calender. We have trainging 2 to 3 days EVERY WEEK!

We do this at our office, too.  I've taught some very basics (like turning on and off a computer and using "Word"), to blogging, setting up web pages, etc.  I think it's great that so many agents are willing to share info - I've taken a lot from here at Active Rain! 

By "taken a lot from here at Active Rain" I mean learned a lot!  :)

Yes I realize this is that sort of forum Jim, I was speaking within the offices that you work... not so general. But your brillant and positive attitude is appreciated. :)
