Karen ~ What a clever way to get your name out to other agents. Do you provide the food or does the agent? I'm going to give this a try with some of my agent partners. Thanks for sharing it!

Hi Maureen! I often bring a salad or what ever. I offer to help. It is inexpensive advertising.

Hey Kathy -- I keep Weds. open now since that's when Agent caravan tours are here in the area. I have another again next week. Really gets you name out to agents.

Karen, I too have done this a few times. I'll take a gift card, food or water. The Realtor puts my name on the e-blast as a sponsor that goes out to all the area Realtors. So even if they don't show up for the open, my name is put in front of them and it shows that I'm working with area agents. It's a simple way to get your name out. And face to face is always good!

Karen, love this idea! I haven't marketed too much--just relied on word of mouth. This is a good way to start. Thanks for sharing.
