when i am in the gym in the mornings, i watch world TV which features Russian, French, South African and EuroNews. the one thing that constantly occurs to me while i am watching, is that there are countless millions of people, all over the world, that have it a whole lot worse than i do
i am not one for bredding dependence and depriving people of their rights, but there are many many people who are true victims of their leaders and their environments
we are seeing some of that here where, despite their best efforts, good people are ending up with trgic situations
real estate was a great source of feelings of wealth and prosperity in the past and will be again - this is a great time for our industry - it has weeded our a lot of people who should not have been in real estate in the first place and frankly, for those of us left standing, it has been a welcome clean out!
there are so many opportunities - look for them
keep your eyes and ears open for new ideas and angles
it was that type of thinking that made america great before and can make it great again!!
