Bob - believe it or not, not all homes in Miami have hurricane shutters. Mine did not and it was the very first improvement I made to it. They're costly little things too! In my eyes, they're better than granite =)
Beth - Max is so sweet. I'm having fun getting to know him. =)
Yeah, who's Max?
Say hi to Max! ;)
So Max is the one that is been keeping you away from home?!!! LOL.
Nice flyer maybe I should find myself a Max!!! ;)
How funny! Max does a great job!
Hey Maggie,
That great room sounds perfect, I'm always ready for a party. BTW, I heading to Long Beach in about an hour for the rainer party in the southland. Take care my friend and good luck with this property.
Maggie,
This home looks great! Are the number of rooms and the dimensions typical for the area?
Nick - the home was built in 1975 and is in great shape. Max says hi back =)
Mana - yes, Max has been keeping me busy. I'm having a lot of fun with the different marketing campaigns I can get going. I still haven't looked at half of what he's capable of creating.
Lysa - not only that, he won't embarrass you in front of company either =)
Sarah - he'll help spring for the Merry Maids bill :-)
Lynda - so glad to hear you're joining the party. Can't wait to hear all about it!
Jack - actually no, not at all. Most homes in the area have at least 3 bedrooms but never with a great room this large. Average homes in the area are about 1800 SF. This one is truly unique. It has a lot of potential.
