Kevin O'Bryans Irish Pub in Firestone Park Ohio is related, literally, to the earlier review I posted of the Ido Bar & Grill in Firestone Park Ohio. You may read that HERE!
This fun place is also conceived, owned and built by Steve and Marcy Baker.
With the success of the Ido Bar and Grill, Steve and Marcy Baker did our neighborhood of Firestone Park another huge favor. They bought and redecorated a very old bar that was in dire need of either being torn down or revived. And revived they did! It is now, in my opinion, the best Irish Pub in Akron Ohio, Kevin O'Bryans. As awesome family people, the Pub is named after two of their sons, Kevin and Bryan. While the Ido Bar & Grill has more of a restaurant atmosphere, you really want to head up Main Street a few blocks and finish a great evening at Kevin O'Bryans. Great drinks, good price specials, Guinness (of course) and some more great appetizers and food. Steve and Marcy also book some very good bands each week for a real party experiance. In the summer, as you can see above, they added a deck for enjoying a good cigar with your "black & tan", my favorite. So, for a great, fun weekend of fine dining and then, good friends, drinks and music, we only have to go to the Ido Bar & Grill and Kevin O'Bryans in Firestone Park. See you there!
