ActiveRain is Coming to Phoenix Arizona for A Half Day Workshop

ActiveRain's Bob Stewart (ARBob) and Brad Andersohn (ActiveBrad) are Coming to Phoenix AZ

This will be our first ever workshop in the Scottsdale Valley. Our Workshop theme for the day is going to be:

If you are in the area and wish to join us, we'd love to meet and see you there.

Our Workshop will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how & why as a Real Estate Professional, using social media and Blogging can increase your business. Bob and I will be sharing how to integrate this exciting new medium into your existing business to supplement communication with your current clients and to attract new clients.

Not only will we be covering "How To Use Social Media" but we'll be showing you exactly how to disect the ActiveRain Network and utilize the tools and features that can help you increase your referrals and your business. By the end of the day, you will be armed with all you need to know about "Real World" techniques and practical ways to put your Social Media Networking and Marketing Strategy into action.

In the first portion of our presentation, Bob will be giving an overview of why Real Estate Agents are using social media and Blogging. He'll discuss some important information about Advertising and Selling versus Networking, and will share answers to the questions like "Why do blogs get found?" "What can you write about?" "How do you find the time?" We'll cover all this and quite a bit more.......

In the second part of our presentation I will dissect the ActiveRain website showing everyone the tools and features available at their disposal to create an effective internet presence aimed and targeted at generating business. I'll be sharing some of my best kept secrets about using the ActiveRain Network to leverage your referral and IDX business.

We're both really excited about this workshop. Rumor has it that there will be 350-500 people joining us.

It's going to be one of our best ActiveRain Dog and Pony shows ever, so I hope you can find a way to make it there and join us. (And I get to be the Pony this time Bob...LOL~)

That sounds good but still a little far west for me. I had made a remark yesterday that AR needed to become a training authority across the nation to all agencies. We certainly have the talent.

I want to come! But it's too far, too soon! If you come to Idaho I'll show you a good time on the lake!

I wish you guys would come to Birmingham and do a workshop! :)

Looks like a great opportunity for Phoenix folks! I hope it is well attended as you both offer so much knowledge. We are all looking forward to Ohio's first REBarcamp this Thursday in Columbus. We'll be thinking of you and if your ears burn, yea, we will be talking up ActiveRain, no doubt!

Brad, at some point you all have to come out to the East Coast... How about REBCDC in October?

That's a lot of content packed into three hours. Definitely a day well spent for those in the Phoenix area.

Hi Brad -What a great idea and sounds like fun too! I hope the dog and pony will be coming to my area. We have some great bloggers here but many more agents who just don't get it.

I hope you guys plan something in the southeast. We have a REBAR in Raleigh in November...think about it!

This is one of the few times I wish my parents still live in Scottsdale so I would have an excuse to fly out there!

How about making video of class and linking it in a blog?

We really do wish that all of you could make it to the workshop, but we also understand that for some it will be too far to travel. If you'd like us to come to your area to do a workshop or program like this, send me an email or give me a call and I'll share with you some ways we can make this possible.

Bob and I are willing to come to your City too, we just need your help getting us there and back home again. Of course you do understand that if you bring us out there, you are responsible for putting together the "Traditional AR Gathering" too. :-))

Seriously though, each event that we do is sponsored by local companies, brokers and individuals. I know that in the past, our expenses to come out have been minimal, just a flight and a place to stay, and this is usually covered by a small fee charged to attendees.

So when are we coming to your area? That's entirely up to you and the folks in your area. We just need some advance notice to make sure our calendars are open on the days you need us there.

Would love to be there to learn! Any chance you can do a webinar?

Sounds terrific, Brad and Bob. Ironically I will be in Phoenix from the 27th to the 30th at a CRS leadership workshop but won't be able to hang around until you guys get there.
