Everybody PAYS CASH!

Unrealistic offers will be rejected quickly even if you tell them
you got cash. . . Learn to work with the banks. .they aren’t
falling for the same tricks as a FSBO would. They want cash
and they will get cash. . if they get it in the form of a check or
in a wheelbarrow.. .it doesn’t matter. .

It’s the same thing . . .CASH!

As a matter fact, a good Realtor can negotiate for you around
the four discount factors: price, down payment, interest rate
and closing costs.
Telling them you are paying cash is not really helping you obtain the best price.

Besides, if you have that much cash. . .you should be buying 3,
4 even 5 properties not just one.
