Nice update for your market...I was in San Antonio a few years ago for the Star Power Conference (in July)....it was HOT    I remember being out on the riverwalk for lunch, and I saw two business men, also out for lunch.  It was sweltering hot, and these guys had on long sleeve white dress shirts, that looked crisp and fresh...I had no clue how they weren't sweating, and those shirts, dripping wet...Maybe they are conditioned to the heat?  I couldn't take it :)

Thanks for the feedback.  If you thought SA was hot a few years ago.  You should be here this year.  We've had over 55 days 100 degrees or more this year.  the last record was 38 days.  It has been a scorcher - no rain either.  I've been threatening my clients that I'm going to wear shorts..... :)
