Did this title give you a big laugh? I read a similar tweet from Bob Ward, an agent in CT and laughed until I almost wet my pants reading the post from others...You see. We really all do relate!
Honeslty, I have been MIA again here in the rain! The truth is that it has not been from being a work-a-holic because most of you know that I am the queen of the 32 hour work week and do that because I was once such a WAH! I have been MIA this summer from hanging out with my kids who are 11 and 14!
I assume this was my last summer of them really being kids and doing the movies with mom and holding my hand while we walk and all the things kids do until they discover the other sex!
So, that has happened and now that my son has a GF and my daughter has 24/7 text so I am not so cool anymore!
I am very thankful that I am a REALTOR and have the flexibility to add "SPY on the kids" to my to do list and visit the school to check out the new BFF and GFF! Oh it is just too much!
So, I just wanted to give you all a big shout out that school starts in 2 weeks and I will back to regular rain blogging and webinars!
I may have to vent about the tweens some, but I promise great tips and tools are spilling over in my head and are being put on paper to come to you!
I have missed you ! See you soon!

I have seen lots of changes! I have yet to learn and discover what they all are and how I feel about them! Time will tell! The one thing I do know is that "RAIN" is always good! I hope that this one prooves to be the same!
I understand-- here it is 1:40 AM and just accessed AR. Still have a contract to complete as a verbal has been accepted. Will be in the office by 8. I promise not to break the promise to me to get to the beach a few hours on Sunday and meet with a client that closed on an investment last month for dinner. OH,, and my brother in law and his family arrived today for a visit, must spend some time with them as I did not get home until 8:40 PM......
The 'graphic' to type to submit is KUKO... KOOKOO would be more fitting.
