Good Books: "Find it, Buy It, Fix it", by Irwin

This is a book by Robert Irwin. If you do a search on his name in Amazon, your going to find tons of real estate related works. To say he is prodigious would be an understatement.

Like most of his work, this gets right to the point and starts giving you useful information on getting a "Fixer-Upper" home.

He hits all the topics you would expect, but even takes it to the next level by discussing acquiring apartments and commercial properties. My copy is over 10 years old, but still hold relevance for todays market.

If your interested in fixer properties or even flipping, this is a great place to start your research.
