25+ Listings And Still Rockin' Them Out

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Gerken & Associates

Now at over 25 listings, I'm finding if I continue this momentum, it'll be hard to maintain the same high-level of service when I only had ten. How do other agents handle many listings, yet maintain consistency in client satisfaction?

If I didn't have a closing broker and strong office staff support, I'd definitely stop at 25. But I've got two more listing appointments scheduled for Monday and will keep listing until it's not feasible to take on anymore. Quality service is important to me and it's one of the top competitive advantages our Independent firm offers.

Of course, then there are the buyers too. How do agents take on more of them when so active with sellers? Should you focus on one group? I just helped a buyer get under contract today. They bought a beautiful condo in Pointe Royale and the listing agent has been great to work with.

Branson, Missouri is certainly booming with real estate activity and it's exciting to be a part of it.

Charlie,

Sounds like you need a great virtual assistant or two to keep you moving forward!! There are several here on Active Rain that you could look at contracting.

Sincerely,

Skye Hawk

Congrats Charlie on reaching this milestone in your career. Isn't it great to love what you do and be on top of your game?

I dido Skye's comment in that you sound like you are at the point of being able to benefit from a virtual assitance company to delegate some of your projects to. There are a few exceptional companies represented here on AR.
