I have just completed the National of Association of Realtors® GREEN certification two day course. As a result, I am learning about the various ways a home can qualify for levels of energy efficiency, material recycling, and green construction.

Hi Teresa, Just viewing your blog and thinking about also getting the "Green" Designation. Do you think you have achieved new business because of it?
I have recently relocated to AZ and my perception is they want to be green but are not there yet. Most HOAs restrict you to line dry your clothes for example. With the clay tile roofs getting solar panels seems somewhat restricted.
In any case though, if you have potential clients who wish to purchase a desert south west home (greater Phoenix area) at an all time low price, I would appreciate your referrals.
