Karen ~ Love the modern red sofa & chair in the living room (you know red brings a quick sale) and the cool angle of your kitchen photo. Downtown condos aren't easy to stage but you've done a great job here. Hope it sells fast for your client.

These are excellent photos, Karen, and really highlight what a great service you provide your clients when you stage their homes. I love how you pay attention to all the special details, right down to the lemon and lime slices--nice touch.

Karen: I like the use of a theme for the lines of feet of the sofa and arm chairs and again along the coffee table, the use of red in the furniture and again in the floral painting. That is great staging. You must have eliminitated a lot of clutter to get to that stage to start with. Very attractive.

Always fun to work with different styles of homes and you showcased these condos beautifully.
