Staging your home to sell may be one of the single most overlooked areas of selling.

Staging can be a subjective area of selling real estate. Some people say I live here I am going to have my home like I want it while I own it! No problem....you may own it a long time without staging your home to sell.
Everyone has what they call a "Junk Drawer" you shouldn't have what you call a bedroom and it be a "JUNK ROOM"!
This room may look like a disaster but the owners told me it was organized chaos...I believed them.
What kind of an image will buyers think when they see this room. Even if it was stacked neatly in the room it wouldn't be what you want to consider staged to sell!
Staging is open space, closet space and so much more. Remember buyers will open your cupboards to see storage space as well.
The first thing to look at is the visual presence and emotional effect rooms have. The visual presence creates an inviting "see more of me" image. The emotional effect of staging creates the feeling "I could live here".
