It is my personal goal to teach my son nothing more than having a big and mighty heart for the Lord. We learn to worship the Lord in our home from a very early age. Sometimes, in the middle of the day, we might just tune in to some special praises. I was so excited when I saw him enjoy the music. I can't help but to sing along. Please, please, please pardon my voice. I'm not a singer at all.

This scripture to ponder this week: Proverbs 22:6

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.

Loreena, you will get a kick out of this.

When my son, Matthew was a baby he use to crawl in a big diaper Luv's box ( do they still make those?)

Christa use to drag him backwards, and say "I tabize you in the name of Jesus".

Over and over again they played.

Loreena, what an adorable little one!  Missy's story reminded me of how, when I was a kid, we used to go arond baptising the neighborhood pets in case they got hit by a car!

Loreena,

Beautiful!

I bring my children (4 year old twins) to church on Sunday morning and it is amazing to me that only a small handful of the people are around my age. This is such a shame.  I think that it is a beautiful thing to see that you are raising this adorable little boy to praise the Lord!

Great post!

That is awesome, Loreena! One of our 17 month old twins has asthma and he has to get breathing treatments every night before he goes to bed. When that mask goes over his face, he has now related it to "praise and worship time"! He starts singing before we can even get the mask on all the way! And in the car, ALL the kids love to sing praise songs (we've got 6)! This is the best time to start them along the right path. ~Renae
