WOW what a big deal to do this! We started Video taping our rentals-  in my very Southern style- and people just love it.  We have increased our calls by double some even better than that- In this market we are having to work much harder- to get property rented in our average 22-30 days we have to show 30 to 40 times for some properties to get them to rent
