This market report below is for the month of August 2009. This includes all Active Homes including SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES.
I'm including all of the homes that are under contract.
Note: The Kentlands in Gaithersburg has currently 15 Active Listings and 15 under contract. We are seeing now condos in the $257K range and the highest price listing is $ 909 K For the month of July 11 properties were SOLD
If you decide to hire an agent to buy a home. . the first thing to do is find and interview at least a couple of candidates for the job. You might want to start out by calling an agent who has been "farming" the neighborhood. Agents that know the neighborhood also know where the deals are.
