This is an update on a recent post entitled: Truth Exposed
After NO RESPONSE from the Listing Agent on the First Request for Contrtact Performance which wsa faxed and emailed to the Agent, I decided it was time I took matters into my own hands and I posted the SECOND Notice to the Sellers on the front door.
It worked - the notice informed the Sellers that my clients were not walking away. In fact, the notice informed the sellers that my clients would seek damages for their failure to allow access to the property so that we could get an appraisal and conduct inspections.
The Appraisal took place on Saturday and the other inspections took place yesterday. I still don't have all the signed Seller disclosures. The few I have are dated September 2008 - that is not a typo - they are nearly one year stale. Other disclosures are blank and unsigned.
I have dealt with some interesting agents over the years ...
