With more people being eligible for home ownership it is becoming such an advantsge to purchase a home rather than rent. Tax breaks and equity are just too good for people to pass up.

Its so much more advantageous then renting, also first time buyers have the $8,000 tax credit. Here in this area we have reach the point where prices are starting to go up in the entry level market.
