Give you an A+ for clean and neat

OK - since you asked - I always like to see someone's picture - makes it more personal. Just my opinion.

Looks like a great recruiting web site! Here are my suggestions:

On your "Contact the Broker" form, I would have a radial button for "Other."
Also, I would add a site map. Although you have a tight focus, I feel like a site map is equivalent to a life preserver. I can always grab that if I'm lost or sinking.
Also, I NEVER rarely start a video unless I know in advance how long it is, so I would add the time of the videos at the bottom of the player.

Test the waters, but very smart to ask for reviews in advance. Good luck!

Tom - If you make your link active, you'll make it easier for people to respond. As to the design, It's simple and straightforward--not exactly an attention getter, but you'd have to be careful attempting that. If I were in the market, it would have my interest.

I like the site. The only thing I can see that might be a problem is using the term Realtor in your web address. The term is trademarked and we're not allowed to use it in a web address or in a user name. I was called out on it when I used it as part of a user name on Twitter. I changed it immediately. Other than that the site is good. I like Rick's idea of having your photo on it. I did see your photo when I clicked on the free lunch tab, but it might be nice to see it up front. Good luck with it!
