Sun City Grand Real Estate Market Update for the Week Ending August 16, 2009

  • Sun City Grand Single Family Homes = 154 properties listed as of August 16, 2009
  • 34 Golf Course Properties
  • 120 Properties Off the Golf Course
  • 20 La Solana Condominiums Listed

Sun City Grand sales remain steady however the increase in sales has not resulted in market stabilization.  Inventory traditionally reduces each summer. This summer the inventory is decreasing at a greater rate than the previous two summers.  The true test of the market will be in the fall when most homeowners return.  It is still a buyers market with the absorption rate remaining at 35 weeks.
