Yes, I used the home sellers bike as a staging prop! I was going to use one of mine, until I found out I could use his! All of the rest of the inventory shown here was provided by Peachtree Home Staging

By the way, the building that houses this Atlanta in-town loft is called the "Pickle Building" and has 7 units converted to lofts from an old Pickle Factory! In is located in the Candler, Inman Park area of in-town Atlanta.

You stagers are worth your weight in gold. I believe staging commits as much to the sale of a home as curb appeal. You have to get the buyers inside and then you have to help them invision living there.

Hi Ginger -- oh, I am sooooo glad you asked about hanging pictures. I couldn't; hammering just bent nails right in half! I used the already pre-existing nails and matched it to my inventory at hand. What a challenge! The seller was is total delight that I figured out solutions -- made me smile as well!
