I'm looking at a new camera to take with me to the fair! Lots of photos, interviews and information to share! I can't wait! I feel like I'm going to my first prom!

Hi Eric! Looking forward to your VIP party and the official unveiling of the "Herkelrath Project"!

JaneAnne, it will be a great time! I so wish you could attend but I will update you with photos and blogs, as will many of the others working on the project! The VIP Party is scheduled and if anyone will be traveling and would like to attend give me a call on my cell - 616.813.2384. Additionally, if you are not able to attend but wish VIP treatment at the fair give me a heads up on when you will be there and I will arrange that you get the best treatment possible, especially down Hybrid Row. I am there to help these guys out. Eric, Adam, Steve, John, Buzz, Mark Bauer (free solar system being given away...Milky Way, anyone???) .... these guys and many more will be there to share their knowledge and expertise! Internet access for me has been for the last few days, and will be for several more, very limited. Best way for me this week is by cell and then I will make sure you get treated like you should -- as a VIP.

Additionally, my daughter, (as a proud MaMa I want to tell you) -- took a silver medal at the USAC (United States Cycling Association) Championships held in Waterford Michigan June 7. That makes her eligible to go to the WORLD BMX 2007 Championship being held in Victoria BC (any AR's there?!?). She made the "leap of faith" and registered last night -- last hour, of course. I'm so proud of her!!! and we have only a few short weeks to prepare! Today I am struggling with -- these new passport laws...do we need one or not...sounds like it depends on travel by air or sea -- and we are not sure yet! How exciting and frustrating at the same time!!! Accomodations, training, etc... Wow! and I'm still smiling that my daughter is racing World Class!

Incidently, the pix on my profile is of she and I at our first "Girls Only BMX Weekend last Thanksgiving at Morristown TN.

We are now off to fundraising to get to the WORLD BMX CHAMPIONSHIP in BC at the end of July.  

This year's event is extraordinary as BMX will be an Olympic event beginning in 2008 in China -- this event will be a deciding factor in country representation for the Inagural BMX Event for the Olympics!  They expect over 2500 Racers from 40+ countries!

I am very proud of my daughter and her accomplishments! and my hubby for getting her there!

What an awesome month it is going to be for Ma Bigelow!!!
