Well, yes, I agree with Knightyme above, time is a big problem, and I find less of it almost every day to do alot of my ideas.

That being said, I guess I would say the lack of a website that captures leads is my biggest challenge.

Chad - I would also agree with Evelyn.  The biggest marketing challenge is that I need a website that captures leads.  That is where all the buyers and sellers are these days.  The marketing skill I would like is to understand SEO and how to capture more leads through the internet.

Great stuff Troy - You're absolutely correct. 84 - 86% of buyers now begin their search for a home online these days. A lead capturing website is more essential now than ever before. The difficulty is that many confuse a "good looking" website with a "money making" website.

We'll chat more abouyt this soon and give some tips that can really help.
