Colorado Springs - Single Family Home Sales - July 2009

Homes sales increased by 7.7% in El Paso County for the month of July when compared to June 2009.

There were 60 additional single family home sales in July 2009 when compared to July 2008. There were also an additional 1,409 single family homes for sale in July 2008!

The average ($231,457) and median ($199,675) sales price increased when compared to the previous month of June and has been progressively increasing over the past few months.

Patricia, that is GREAT your number of units sold shows growth year over year. Not like that in many parts of the country.

And I think that sales will be up for August, too. I'm seeing lots of activity in my business. As usual, your stats look great! I'm working to get my stats formatted, by the hubby, so they'll be easy to upload in the future.

Gary- The market is definitely improving in Colorado Springs; our real estate market is expected to rebound more quickly than others around the nation.
