A Whole Different kind of Septic System Sullivan County New Hampshire Accompany Series Post 2, this post is the second part of the three posts that I'm doing to accompany the series. I'm writing for a series challenge.

There's always a possibility of odor varies with a Composting Toilet System, just as there's also possibility of getting backup odor from a regular Septic System. A system with a remote compost-er coupled with a toilet with a trap like a micro-flush toilet very rarely, if ever produces any odors.

A Whole Different kind of Septic System Sullivan County New Hampshire Accompany Series Post 2, Now a self-contained composting toilet is more apt to produce them.

Using a good fan venting system in the right direction should very will prevent this, in fact a good fan will often vents all odors from the entire bathroom, and there's rarely a lingering legacy of folks bathroom visit.

Bathroom venting

However a hard draft of wind very will could push exhaust odors down the vent and into the home's bathroom. Two things that you can do, if odors do become a problem, you can turn up the fan, or look into getting some odor filters to use, with your system.

Dale do you see many systems like this in your part of the country. How often does the fan have to be replaced.

Howdy there Carl and Ceil

Its always a real pleasure to have y'all stop by to visit, and to leave one of your real fine comments to read and reply back to. On any one of the blog posts, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

Have not came along one in these parts as of yet. But have Inspected homes in other States that had one. Came along many back home. As far as for the fan, just like any electrical item in a home. If you maintain it it'll last for sometime. I've Inspected some in the pass that were 10 + years old, and still working like new. And I have Inspected some that really was not very old that were needing to be replaced.
