logoI've been working on my website, updating listings and changing wording and photos.  While looking at the great photos on my slideshow, I began to see them like a new buyer would see them.  I have some great shots of the river and sunsets and just thinking how blessed I am to live in this fabulous part of Texas.  I am so thankful.

                                        Hill Country

Back in 1984, we came to Kerrville for the first time in our lives.  Little did we know we would be living here one day.  We only stayed a couple of nights and our days were busy doing other things than looking at the area.  We did drive across the bridge at the Loop and saw the beautiful Guadalupe River but we did not search the countryside like we normally do when exploring new areas. We were not looking really.  Two years later, we discovered Bandera and the whole Texas Hill Country and we fell in love!

                                                                              Medina Lake

It is possible to visit an area and not really see it.  I know from experience.  So if you ever visit the Texas Hill Country, get some advice where to go to really see it.  You will fall in love.  Guaranteed!

The Hill country is definitely a great place to be. If I hadnt started my life in Dallas area, I may have gone to the Hill Country.

Also, working on your new website is fun although it can feel overwhelming at times. I am in the same boat as you are. I'm working on mine now too.

Ricki just went over to check out your website, it's perfect. I didn't realize you had so many folks working with you. Ceil said to tell you she likes the color scheme.

Loreena,  If you ever want to change your mind and come this way, I would love to work with you. Overwhelming, but more often just overworked!  I started my own business in Dec. and it has been so busy ever since.

Carl,  I need 2 more full time agents if you hear of anyone looking to make a change.  Thanks, I love the turquoise, black and white colors I use.  It is different from all the others. Our blue green hills stand out on our signs and flyers and people recognize us before they even read the words. I've worked hard designing all this since I dont have a franchise to do it for me.

Marchel,  You have a great place too and I love the prices down your way. If I didn't love it so here, I would also look your way. There is some great scenery around you as well.
