I was recently asked if I could perform an electrical certification for a home. What most Realtors do not know is that only an Electrical Safety Inspector can inspect the electrical installation and determine if it has been properly installed.

Why can't an electrician do this? I am a Licensed Electrical Contractor. As such I could hire (you) and send you out to do electrical work. Now do you think that someone who has little experience and has never passed a test should be able to certify your electric? No.

That is why the State of Ohio only allows Electrical Safety Inspectors to do these inspections.

If you need an electrical inspection call me.
