That's the problem so many people with and without children are losing everything, all because some idiot brokers want that quick buck. The main reason why i am so mad is because i myself get 200 phone calls a night and on weekends, they sound real, with the i can get you anything bull with low interest rates starting @ 0% Wow!! sounds great, not really. How many people are going along with these brokers suggestions? they just don't know the truth. I know that all of these bad brokers are going to go jail for a long time and anyone who knows what they are doing are going as well, look up any stats on mortgage fraud it's a free ride now for some, But not for long.
I wanted to say to all of the good brokers out there, keep up the good work and everything will get back to normal, as soon as the bad apples rot and disappear.
I was talking to some people the other day and when i asked about them possibly needing a loan they said no thanks! we just bought a house a few months ago. I said that's great! then they proceeded to tell me they were so happy because thier broker got them this almost $300,000 house without needing anything from them and he even got them extra money from the closing, this is the problem they commit the crimes and the reins get tighter on all of us, I wish i knew who that broker was, but then i don't want to know him either.
We all need a break from this madness. I think this is a good discussion because we are all going to hurt if something doesn't change.
