2009 Clark County Parade of Homes - The Hampton - A sneak peek !

The 6900 square foot "Hampton" was custom built for its owners by Ryan Zygar and his crew at Tamarack. The exterior features include Cedar Valley lap siding, custom milled wood trim detail, white tongue in groove soffit and box beam detail in the ceilings, and an astounding 1800 square feet of covered outdoor patio space around the home.

Upon entering the home, one is greeted by a great room that looks out over the back lawn through a huge wall of windows and French doors. Ebonized oak floors and white wainscot walls connect the floor plan of the home, completing the stunning ‘white, black and blue' theme. As you enter the Great Room, you will be greeted by a wall of windows and French doors that look out upon the lawn A guest suite with a private entry and bath completes the first floor of the home. . The large gourmet kitchen includes custom cabinetry, Wolf, Subzero and Asko appliances. The kitchen opens into a sunroom which then transforms into a wonderful outdoor living area-perfect for entertaining.
