Most of these are posted to for free with Point2Agent and it is a wonderful site that is easy to work with. There area few more out there such as choice of www.ChoiceofHomes.com

Postlets are easy and something anyone can add to their marketing system. Sellers need all the visability we can give them..plus it is Free and did I say Easy  ?!

Why not create a blog post for them at say like wordpress, or even here at AR.  you can put up pictures and all that.

You can also utilize www.vflyer.com to post your properties to numerous websites.

I was aware of some of these sites - but appreciate the information on the other sites and how they are being used .  It is great that there are so many free resources to take advantage of.  Thanks for the information.

Not free, but very inexpensive.  Promotions are run from time to time on www.RealEstateAndVacations.com This website was created to advertise properties For Sale, Rent, Vacation Rental, & Timeshare.  Agents, FSBO's, Property Managers or anyone with real estate can post unlimited listings to the database for an annual rate of $24.95.  Currently you can get a free Featured listing upgrade for being the first in your area to post your property. Any property qualifies if posted before June 25.

I think Craigs List is a great place to post listings. I browse that site about once a month because you do not have to go through multiple pages to see photos of the listing. I love Trulia because you can do a map search and outline where you want to look for listings. Thanks Mike!

Also look at http://www.classifiedflyerads.com for creating stunning Real Estate Flyers that are syndicated to all those directories and many more.

This is a list I can use... had bookmarked a few of them- thanks for putting in the extra research.

I have found there is a very small ROI on most sites.  Craigslist is good for branding but that is it.  Serious buyers are on the streets and most have a realtor.

Adam - How do you determine ROI on Free? There is the value of your time when you list the details - but besides that, the return would be infinite. And serious buyers - in fact over 80+ percent - are using internet sources to research new homes.

Has anyone seen actual results (leads or sales) from listing sites?  If yes, which websites/services have you found to be effective?  I'm interested to see which ones I should focus my efforts on?
