Scam Request

By
Real Estate Agent with Desert Heritage Real Estate

I don't know how many of you have received the "scam" letter from Senator Wilson Asinobi Ake of Nigeria, but this is a heads up that you might receive one. This letter has been going around for at least two years with the sender asking for help to purchase a home/property for over 4.5 million dollars although the amount varies depending upon where the letter is sent.

Just some information for all my Real Estate friends.

Oh, we are aware, got a few and I've filed them under G.  The last e-mail I received said "call me, I have something important to tell you".  Really, why not say it in the e-mail, duh?  I did a search on the name and found out it was a scam needless to say she was blocked and deleted.

I received it 2 weeks ago and because I was having a slow week, sent some listings to the email address they wanted me to use. These folks are very convincing and pitiful. I actually talked to the "Senator". Now I'm the proud owner of all his assets..almost. Even though I said that legally, all I can accept is a commission from the house purchase. He's going to send it all to me after I send an application to London to claim the assets. What do you think? Should I continue?

Too bad you ain't me. You had your chance, now I'm rolling in the cash. Yee Hah !! Now this Kentucky boy can go buy a pair of shoes and have my teef fixed.
